George Martin Ltd are proud to announce the near completion and opening of Dunton Court Apartments 5-8 in Basildon, Essex for October 2023!

In March 2022, George Martin gained permission to reconstruct the office space property from a commercial, business and service building, to a residential structure following the successful development of 1-4 Dunton Court.

Since September 2022, George Martin have appointed the hard-working construction company E.J Taylor & Sons Ltd to take on the work on George Martin's behalf as the Main Contractor for the project, commencing the work in October 2022.

Nearly a whole year onwards, and thanks to the property's already fantastic presence with striking architecture, Dunton Court will be home to an incredibly luxurious set of 18 apartments; nine one bedrooms, and nine two bedrooms.

Having the opportunity to convert 12,000 square feet of semi-open office spaces into 18 bespoke apartments has been an incredible occasion for George Martin. A prestigious apartment building accommodated with three entrances, controlled access to communal areas and 18 apartments.

The car park has had an updated and fresh design, providing for a grand gated car park, with each two bedroom apartment being allocated two spaces, and one bedroom apartments allocated one car parking space. Measures to develop the external land have been undertaken, providing a visually pleasing and more liveable residential area for the residents and visitors.
